We’re excited to introduce a new “Resources” tab in Family Connect, featuring helpful links including:

• Why Age Matters?

• What is k-ID?

These resources are designed to help parents better understand who k-ID is, and why providing their child’s accurate age is important.

Info tips on Mobile Devices

On mobile devices, info tips now use popovers for better support with taps and touch interactions. When you tap for more information on an info tip icon, the pop-up will stay open, making it easier to access important details.

Product API

We’ve added a new subject_id parameter to the /age-gate/check API. This parameter, provided by you as the developer, enables you to link related user events across different flows. For example, if a user completes the VPC process and is assigned a subject ID, you can use that same ID to identify the user if they later initiate an age appeal. This enhancement makes it easier to track and manage user journeys consistently across your platform.
