neimo.ai is not a generic chatbot. Unlike general AI assistants, neimo.ai is a specialised AI legal assistant, trained exclusively on k-ID’s proprietary Regulatory Hub data and other vetted regulatory sources including:

  • Official regulatory and supervisory guidance

  • Industry codes and guidelines

By restricting itself to official datasets and applying robust review mechanisms, neimo.ai reduces the risk of misinformation or “hallucinations”. While in beta, some features and coverage areas will continue to mature based on your insights and feedback.

Guardrails and Safety

We have implemented multiple layers of safeguards to ensure that interactions remain professional and compliant, including custom guardrails as well as GPT 4.1 embedded controls, filtering illegal, harmful or inappropriate queries.

Privacy and Data Handling

neimo.ai operates on a privacy-first principle:

  • User queries are not used for AI model training (see OpenAI’s API documentation).

  • No automatic learning from individual conversations. Unless you actively choose to provide specific feedback, your conversation data is not used to “teach” the chatbot. We only use aggregated, anonymised metrics for service improvement and to maintain quality.

  • Retention is in your hands. You can delete individual or all conversations at any time, or let them auto-delete after 90 days.
